Who We Are
Our founder, Amanda, is an avid backpacker, hiker, and adventure seeker who also happens to inhabit a larger body. Her search for appropriate, high quality technical apparel that looked, felt, and fit great continued to be a frustration. Knowing she wasn’t alone, she decided to create 37 Minutes™ apparel for herself and all her adventure sisters.
What Does “37 Minutes” Mean?
119 degrees, 37 minutes west is the line of longitude that runs through our founder’s hometown, up into Yosemite, and through Eagle Peak (the tallest of the peaks in the Three Brothers rock formation--a personal favorite). 37 Minutes™ is a wink toward Amanda’s roots in the great outdoors.
37 Minutes™ has also taken on a double meaning as Amanda tries to carve out at least 37 minutes every day to focus on the company and brand while working full-time and having a family.
What Sizes Do You Offer?
All of our current apparel comes in sizes 14/16, 18/20, 22/24, 26/28, 30/32 (1- 5XL). As we continue to grow, we’d love to expand our size offerings on the larger end.
Do Your Pants Come in Tall or Petite?
Our pants come in a generous length and are designed to be flexible and comfortable. Our tallest model is 5’8” and she’s got some fabric left over where her shoe meets the cuff. All pants come with snaps to roll them up, either to get some air on your ankles or for a better fit. We’re looking forward to adding longer and shorter lengths with our next product run.
Are Your Shirts Long Enough for My Torso or Belly?
Our shirts are longer than standard length. They don’t magically become crop tops when you raise your arms. You’re welcome.

In the comfort of your own home! We have a dream of being able to walk into our local outfitters and see 37 Minutes™ hanging on the rack. Until that dream comes true, we accept returned items in clean, unwashed, and unworn condition. Please see our return policy for more details.

Free Exchanges and Returns
Valid on US orders only. Easily initiate a free exchange or return contacting us here.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
30 days - You may return or exchange your items for any reason within 30 days of the ship date. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of delivery back to our office. You’ll receive an email notification about your refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. To confirm that your return is on its way back to us, we recommend getting a drop-off receipt from the post office or carrier. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Returned items must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. A quick try-on is great, but not so much after wearing on a day hike. We encourage you to try a few test movements or walk around in your home before removing the tags or discarding the packaging.
Tags Must Be Attached with Original Packaging - This is very important! Items must be returned with their original packaging and original care labels and tags still attached. We’re a tiny business and can only accept returns in new and resellable condition.
Include Your Packing Slip - You must include the packing slip or proof of purchase so we can process your return.
Reuse Your Shipping Mailer - For the sake of our planet, we highly recommend reusing your shipping mailer. And, hey! then you don't have to buy more packaging.
Excluded Items - Clearance/Sale items and products marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges - Exchange orders are placed as soon as your return is scanned by the post office. Be sure to get your return in the mail quickly as we cannot hold inventory for you until your return ships. If your exchanged item is no longer in stock, you will receive a refund to your original payment method when the return arrives at our office.
Order Mistakes - While we pack and ship each order with the utmost care, we’re humans after all. If your order arrives with a mistake (received the wrong color/size or an extra item), please let us know within one week of delivery and we’ll be happy to fix it for you. Contact us here with your order number. Please do not use the Online Returns Center.
Factory Defects - We take pride in our products and our factory partners are amazing, but mistakes do happen. If your item arrives with any defects, please let us know within six months of delivery and we’ll happily replace it. Contact us here with your order number.
International orders are not eligible for exchange, but you may return your order for a refund and place a new order for a different size. Ship your item(s) to the return address below. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance. To confirm that your return is on its way back to us, we also recommend getting a drop-off receipt from the carrier. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification about your refund. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

At 37 Minutes™ we love the planet and all it has to offer. We show that love by working hard to minimize our impact to the environment, and we do this in a variety of ways.
- We lean heavily on remote meetings so we don’t have to travel to or maintain a central office.
- We make our clothing in smaller batches so we can buy out the ends of leftover fabric that larger manufacturers didn’t use, thus keeping fabric out of landfills.
- We currently use a small sewing room in the United States to avoid the impact of shipping products from overseas.
Our current impact as a company is small, but our commitment to a more sustainable world is a big part of who we are and how we operate.
